The staff is very friendly and helpful in all circumstances. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the food a lot. There is a large food buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner times. However, also between these there are the possibilities to order food at a late breakfast and lunch at other restaurants at the pool and the beach. We prefer local food, but there is a great variability in joices and plenty of western food, but also some Arabic dishes to chose from. The beach is beautiful and plenty of sunbeads are available and there is even services for drinks delivered directly to you at the beach. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Portofino exceeded our expectations since we entered the property. The resort is very nice, large and very well maintained. Everything is clean, and the staff is very friendly and caring. As soon as we arrived, Mostafa helped us through our stay and made sure we were not missing anything and all was perfect. It sincerely was. He did a great job in making sure our stay was fantastic. I have a been in various resort around the Mediterranean, and this is definitely the best one. The pool (where some are heated) are very fun and well adapted for the kids. Ours are 3 and 6 and they enjoyed it a lot. The food in the various restaurants is well above what you could expect in "all in" resorts. They make sure is it varied everyday and you can find everything you need. You have different choice of where to go for lunch or dinner, depending if you are in the aqua park or near the beach. There are bicycle everywhere in the resort you can use to move from one place to another, this is very convenient as the resort is very wide.

Seemingly part of the natural environment between sandy mountains and deepest blue seas is the Mövenpick Resort El Quseir. Muhammad received us warmly and helped us with the check-in procedures smoothly. He gave us a welcome drink. The room was quiet as we requested, and the place is environmentally friendly. I liked that no plastic water bottles were used, as well as toothbrushes and toothpaste. The room contained all the comfort requirements of bathroom slippers, a robe, and towels. Clean, the decor is warm and beautiful, the windows are decorated with beautiful patterns, the breakfast was more than wonderful, varied and fresh. I loved the beans, falafel, fresh juice and the gluten-free pastry corner. The staff was very friendly, the beach was beautiful and the coral reefs and fish were very beautiful and easy to reach with the sandy beach. And the chocolate fountain was nice
