Merupakan sebuah resort yang eksotik di tengah-tengah Sungai Nil di atas sebuah pulau berhampiran pusat bandar Aswan. Customer relations lady provided excellent service. She was attentive and made every effort to me us comfortable. The location, building, decor very pretty and lots of potential to be very very great but some things were a letdown. The shower didn't drain properly and the buffet dinner was cold. Breakfast wasn't very good either.

The host even provided a freezer to always keep the water cold. Our dear host drives us everywhere when needed - to the temple, to find a lovely Nubian restaurant for dinner, and to even pick us up from the Temple visit. We really appreciate it

Fatima who manages the hotel is very nice and she helped us with all of our request, using the translation app'. She even called a company we had a booked trip with when she saw that the taxi was not arriving. We felt at peace in this hotel, far away from all the noise and the vending crowd we encoutered in downtown. I would come back here without hesitation, should i travel to Aswan again.
