Menghadapi kawasan tepi pantai, Pickalbatros Villaggio Aqua Park - Portofino Marsa Alam menawarkan penginapan 4-bintang di Marsa Alam City dan mempunyai basikal percuma, kolam renang luaran dan pusat... The setting of the hotel is very special. It looks like a village (hence the Village name😁). So even the resort had more than 85% ocupation rate it felt like was all just for us !. Many of the pools are heated so kids had a great time. Pools are scattered all over the place so you can take your choice of location, pool bar and tourists arround to acompany you. Aqua Park was a must so we spent some time there as well. The beach has an entrance to the sea with sand and it is very good for kids. No waves, low depth and very safe. We been mostly to El Khan restaurant as we like local food wherever we travel. I must say all management here is FULLY COMMITED to food security, cleaness and quality of all they serve as food, drinks and so forth. Also the a la carte restaurant ShellFish highly recomended.

The hotel was amazing, the food in the hotel was also the highlight of the trip! All the staff in the property was very friendly and helpful, especially Michael in the front desk. I’m sure this won’t be my last visit!

Everything was awesome. The hotel is very romantic. It's so good for relaxation. And everyone in the hotel are so professional and everything was perfect.

Exceptional Stay Thanks to Outstanding Service – Especially Mr. Omar! I recently stayed at Bellagio Resort in Hurghada, and I can confidently say it was a great experience from start to finish. What made it truly exceptional was Mr. Omar, the Operation Manager dedicated to Booking.com guests. He was the key person who ensured our comfort every step of the way. From the moment we arrived, he personally welcomed us, explained all the facilities clearly, and made sure we felt at home. His dedication, professionalism, and kindness were unmatched. I genuinely believe that 50% of the positive reviews for this hotel should be attributed to him and his outstanding efforts. He’s also assertive when needed, ensuring top service standards from the staff. During our stay, we had a small incident with one of the staff members, and Mr. Omar immediately took action and resolved the matter on the spot. His intervention was so effective that we even received a personal apology from the General Manager alongside Mr. Omar, which shows how seriously guest satisfaction is taken here. The rest of the staff were also incredibly kind, hardworking, and eager to make every guest happy. Of course, minor mistakes happen everywhere, but overall, their positive attitude and service spirit stood out. As for the hotel itself – it’s a smaller resort, which was actually a huge plus for me. I prefer compact hotels where everything is nearby – the beach, the pool, and the restaurants are all within a short walk. While some might prefer large sprawling resorts, I personally saw this cozy setup as a major advantage. Cleanliness is another strong point – the rooms, pool, and public areas were always spotless. The housekeeping team is clearly well-trained and consistent. Now to the food – simply amazing. There’s plenty of variety, and the quality is excellent.
