The hotel itself is stunning and offers everything for a relaxing holiday, from great buffet food to several restaurants. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Mustapha at Leo’s Bar, Alae at Vanilla, and Alex & Ibrahim at the American Bar all went above and beyond with their outstanding service. Diving and snorkelling facilities are provided for a fee. You can enjoy a sauna, hot tub or Turkish steam bath, or take a dip in the lagoon-shaped outdoor pool. You can also access the gym, the tennis court and the games room for free. Bedroom is clean. Swimming pool is great and nice view. Staff there are very friendly, especially Hassan. He helped us a lot.

All the people took great care of us and made our stay super nice, every single person from the stuff. Yasser was an excellent cleaner made a great job wit the room decorations. The waiters, chefs, animators, reception,spa, cosmetics ,thank you guys very much, you all made our time very special...

Hurghada International Airport is 20 km from Bellagio Beach Resort & SPA. Hurghada’s city centre is just 15-minute drive away. You feel the luxury from the moment you get in, beautiful lobby with seats for waiting check-in, very friendly staff (reception, housekeeping, bartending, waiters, etc!). We were pleased to be greeted by Omar (operations manager) to make our stay comfortable and made sure we had everything we need during our stay. There is 2 buffet restaurants and 2 a la carte (which we got for free for our last night), the food was delicious (many offer in the buffet for main dishes, salads, desserts, extras, etc). You get soft and alcoholic drinks included during the whole stay, you will get more premium quality at the lobby bar and in the rest you get regular quality but it's ok for day drinking while hanging out in the sun and swimming in the pool or in the sea. We had a lot of fun and relaxing time!! We will definitely come back :)
