This family-run Art Nouveau hotel is centrally located in the city of Plauen. Hotel Alexandra features a wellness area with a sauna and massage treatments area available. The staff was most amazing - they responded to our call late at night and arranged a room just in minutes after I complained that another location we had reserved ignored our calls and left us behind the closed doors for the night.
