Set in a 12th-Century building, this hotel offers spa facilities and elegant rooms overlooking gardens and the beautiful Tauber Valley. It stands on the edge of Rothenburg’s Medieval town centre. The view was fantastic from the window. Building was built in 1143 year but it is really fully renovated with very well equipped rooms. You may also reserve the place in hotel's parking that is very convenient. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly! They even lent me a pair of scissors so I could cut the tags off my newly purchased dirndl and wear it the next day. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay close to Neuschwanstein Castle while experiencing authentic Bavarian village life. This hotel is absolutely wonderful—I’ve already started planning my next trip to come back here!
