For those of us who were going elsewhere and have been roughing it for a bit this hotel is a nice reset. The staff are great, kind, and while the check in process takes a bit longer it is well worth the wait. The room is spacious, brand new, clean - it was exactly what I was looking for. Chances are I'll be staying and going to San Agustin once more. There's one thing I do know - I'm not staying anywhere else but here.

The pillows were comfortable and I had a great sleep. I also liked that the property is a little more isolated than some others, they were kind enough to turn off the lights so we could view the starry sky. Breakfast was delicious.

We had meals cooked on site, and it was delicious. The place is just great all around. If you visit, say hello to her parrot 🦜. He's very talkative.

Ceiba by Masaya Collection mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres dan restoran di San Agustín. I want to thank you, this was the best stay in Colombia! This stay was really great, all the staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is so beautiful, and Jose was the best! The horse tour with Jose was wonderful! And he actually became our family friend (I stayed with three kids), and helped us with many little things like shopping. Finally, he saw our bus tickets to Ecuador that we bought from a travel agency, and realized that these tickets were illegal, and he went with us to demand back the money (actually involved the police!), and arranged for us a safer journey.

Really excellent stay, great value for money. - The place is lovely, quiet and peaceful, with a lush garden and a nice common area (books, games and table tennis). - Our bungalow was comfortable and spacious - Shower was hot & with good pressure - Wifi worked great. - Host was super friendly and helpful. We also had dinner and breakfast at their restaurant, good selection, decent prices and the food was really tasty.
