We were surprised with a welcome drink and the staff were super lovely!! All our travel and tours were organised very efficiently. Especially the Mundo Amazonico Tour is highly recommendable but you should speak Spanish. However one of us didn’t and still enjoyed the tour.

Hotel Amazon is located in the heart of Leticia, a few minutes from Amazon River on the border between Colombia, Peru and Brazil. It offers a hot tub, massage services and spacious bungalows. The hotel is centrally located - 5 minutes away from the airport by taxi/tuk tuk and also minutes away from the boat terminal. Easy walk to Santander park. The bungalows are spacious and comfortable with big bathrooms and good aircon and fans. Nice garden, where you can grab a drink from the hotel’s bar. We appreciated the choice of regional breakfast options (Colombian, Brazilian or Peruvian). Lovely and super helpful staff, who let us store our bags while we travelled out of town and advised on migration process between Colombia and Brazil. Thank you for making our stay nice, comfortable and easy!
