Offering an outdoor pool and an indoor pool, 8 minutes' walk from Taikoo Li and IFS Shopping Mall, The St. Regis Chengdu is located in Chengdu. Believe it or not, even though I didn’t really enjoy the city of Chengdu, this hotel completely made my stay worthwhile. It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu has been awarded as Five-Star hotel by Forbes Travel Guide for a sixth consecutive year. We were spoiled rotten in Chengdu. We did not want to leave! Room was stunning and the service was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Our stay at Qingcheng hegu haven was really enjoyable. Nestled at the foot of the hills, it’s surrounded by nature—just a heads-up: pack mosquito repellent as there are some bugs in the evenings. The host’s warmth made us feel like family from the moment we arrived—they even mapped out hidden local eateries and scenic trails that became highlights. The traditional Chinese decor is nice, especially the lotus pond at dusk. Being 10 minutes from the Panda Base was a plus, and after exploring, the hot springs and Chinese-style SPA were quite relaxing. Minor note: stairs from reception to rooms mean extra help with luggage, but the waitstaff happily carried ours. Worth considering for a stay in the area.​

Incredibly modern, sleek room, but the view of greenery gives it such warmth. You can tell it has been designed very thoughtfully. The area is perfect for a visit to Chendgu, especially being a short walk away from delicious street breakfast spots.

After we took the bus from Lijiang to the bus stop of Lugu Lake, the hotel staff drove to pick us up. The room was warm, elegantly decorated, and incredibly cozy. The moment I opened the window, I was greeted with a stunning panoramic view — absolutely breathtaking. The service was top-notch, attentive and considerate in every detail. From check-in to recommending local attractions and travel routes, everything was handled professionally and with great care. I had initially thought that a hotel of this standard would be pricey, but the cost-performance ratio here was beyond my expectations. In other places, a similar hotel would easily cost more than I expected, but here I was able to enjoy the same luxury and comfort at a very reasonable price. It was truly worth every penny! This trip completely fulfilled my vision of a perfect vacation — beautiful scenery, comfortable stay, great service, and excellent value. I’m already looking forward to coming back again!

We stayed in the Family suite and the space is divided well, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The sound proofing is good so we can’t hear the neighbours unless they walk past our room and speak really loudly. Generally it has a very peaceful atmosphere. Everything! The family running the hotel was very welcoming and they delighted me with snacks, fruits, and tea on multiple occasion during my short stay. Cheng spoke good English and helped me get to Qingcheng mountain. He even gave me rides on his car to the bus/train station for no extra charge. The breakfast with a fantastic selection of local delicacies was the best I had during my two and a half week trip in China.
