The hotel is next to Boafeng lake and close to the national park. The hotel offered us a free shuttle for our visot to the park and airpoet. They were very proactive in helping us plan our trip by making suggestions and helping us with the tickets. The staff was so helpful it was amazing!

Antony is the best host I've met in China so far (and I've been here for 6 years) Popeye (the cute doggie) is the best marketing manager and entertainer you can find on bookings. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend!

The Tianmen mountain view is breathtaking. Room is very spacious. Breakfast is very good and they make it different everyday. The owner’s dad is a chef so we have dinner there and it is so good too. Feel like home. His mum cannot speak English but really pay attention to details. She can tell what we need in just a sec without using the translation. His wife is so helpful with ordering maccas for our kids as they are quite fussy. Thank you.

Our host was so helpful. He helped us to plan our entire day at the nature sights and was very attentive to all our needs. He even went out of his way to drive us to various sites and pick up a variety of local Chinese plum wines for me. The best host I have ever encountered.

It’s such a great location. It’s close to the Main Street where there’s lots of food options and shopping. It’s right by the river walk which is so nice. It’s a 15min walk to zhangjiajie national park entrance! Lastly, the staff here are absolutely fantastic. She customized our stay by recommending an itinerary on our arrival based on our duration of stay. Very thorough and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!

My stay at Guan Yun Shan Ju was an absolutely unforgettable experience. Tucked away in the serene mountains, this lodge truly lives up to its name "Cloud-Gazing." Waking up to a sea of clouds right outside our window was nothing short of magical. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a tasteful blend of modern comfort and traditional charm. The wooden beams and soft lighting created a very cozy atmosphere. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional; they were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was another highlight! We enjoyed delicious, locally-sourced meals that were both fresh and flavorful. Sitting on the terrace, sipping tea, and watching the clouds roll by was the perfect way to unwind. It's an ideal retreat for anyone looking to disconnect from the city's hustle and bustle and reconnect with nature. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be returning.

What a great spot! The hotel is right next to the Helong Stadium with tons to do, and the Lishui River view is so peaceful. The staff were super professional and friendly. Had an awesome stay—highly recommend for both location and service.

The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and had a very warm, homey feeling. The host was the highlight of our trip. They were incredibly kind and thoughtful, offering us great local travel tips and even homemade tea. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. It's more than just a place to sleep; it's a truly authentic and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and personal touch away from standard hotels. We can't wait to come back!

Terletak di Fenghuang, FengHuang Waterloom Keep-Free pick-up mempunyai bar dan kasino. Absolutely brilliant stay! The FengHuang Kasen Waterloom Keep's grounds are lovely and breakfast was fantastic. The real standout was their service: arranged a hotel car to collect us from the station and provided dedicated transfers to the local sights. Staff called right after booking to organise our travel and even helped plan our itinerary - extremely professional and helpful. Proper job, highly recommend!
