We stayed for three nights in this hotel to visit Zhangjiajie national park and Grand canyon. The staff was very helpful, gave us tips and a marked map to navigate easily in the park. All the reception ladies are very helpful, they made our trip a lot easier. We had a room on the third floor with a balcony. The room was equipped with all the necessities, housekeeping was everyday. Breakfast was in chinese style. Location is optimal, it's around 15 min. walk from the park entrance. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice space. It's located next to the Zimugang entrance which is less busy than others. More tranquil surroundings, but still a few restaurants available around. The host Anthony was very helpful, arranged our park entrance tickets in advance, and was always here to answer any questions we had. The breakfast was plentiful and filling & there's also an option to have dinner at the hotel. Overall a great experience and I'd stay here again if I had a chance.

Dengan Taman Hutan Negara Zhangjiajie yang boleh disampai dalam 32km, Heaven's Gate Home Stay --free pick up service--panoramic view of Tianmen Mountain mempunyai penginapan, restoran, kolam renang... Honestly everything was cosy and new, the room was perfectly for my friend and me. Near to airport and Tianmen park. Unfortunately it was foggy so we could not appreciate the Mountain View but the breakfast was really good.

It is well maintained and it gives the cosiness of being at home because it’s size in comparison to a big hotel. The attention given by the host and owner of the hotel, Lucas, is just outstanding! He is always happy to help make your stay memorable and is super patient and understanding with the needs of the customers. Highly recommended!

We had an incredible stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful, using a translator device to communicate perfectly. One staff member even helped us buy tickets for Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountain and gave us a map that was absolute gold. Thanks to him, our trip was smooth and unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Dikelilingi oleh kehijauan, No.5 Valley Inn terletak 2 km dari pintu barat (pondok tiket Yangjiajie) Taman Hutan Negara Zhangjiajie. We absolutely loved our stay at No.5 Valley! The hotel is right near the west gate of the park, and the staff arranged transport there and back without any hassle. They helped us plan our route through the park and even upgraded our room. The property is huge, with a heated pool that has an amazing view – it was a highlight. There’s also a tea house with a tea master on-site, and that whole experience was incredible. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Honestly, this was one of the best places we’ve stayed in the past year. Everything was just perfect and we’re 100% happy with our stay.

My stay at Guan Yun Shan Ju was an absolutely unforgettable experience. Tucked away in the serene mountains, this lodge truly lives up to its name "Cloud-Gazing." Waking up to a sea of clouds right outside our window was nothing short of magical. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a tasteful blend of modern comfort and traditional charm. The wooden beams and soft lighting created a very cozy atmosphere. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional; they were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was another highlight! We enjoyed delicious, locally-sourced meals that were both fresh and flavorful. Sitting on the terrace, sipping tea, and watching the clouds roll by was the perfect way to unwind. It's an ideal retreat for anyone looking to disconnect from the city's hustle and bustle and reconnect with nature. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be returning.

Zhangjiajie is truly one of the most beautiful places on this planet. We came to China from Australia just to see if the world from the movie Avatarreally exists—and the scenery is absolutely stunning, both astonishing and praiseworthy. The people here are also wonderful, making us feel very safe. Everyone in our travel group agrees that China is amazing, with everything so well-organized. At the airport, staff were arranged to assist us and even put on a simple welcome performance. The staff’s English was quite good, and they were able to offer travel advice and make arrangements for us. With their help, we purchased attraction tickets and guide services—it was simply perfect. The food here is also delicious and, most importantly, very affordable. I really have to thank God and thank Avatarfor this experience.

Dengan pemandangan gunung, Zhangjiajie Southgate Flower Garden Lodge at the Park Entrance terletak di Zhangjiajie dan mempunyai restoran, dapur berkongsi, bar, taman dan barbeku. the room was lovely with a view and air conditioned and clean. the people running the hotel were very helpful to us as foreigners. they drove us to the Southgate entrance of Zhangjiajie national park which a 4 min drive and cooked us dinner for 40 yuan which was very helpful as the area is more quiet. this might be an option for you if they are available that night. there is also a restaurant across the road which was great! the hotel also offers a basic breakfast for free. Theres a busier area with fruit market stalls and more restaurants about a 20 min walk. the lady working there was very patient with us and helped us book all of our national park and day trip tickets (i would suggest doing this before you come to avoid missing out in busy seasons).
