David was very thoughtful, polite, and attentive host and was amazing at helping coordinate local tours and providing best suggestions to make my stay the best it can be.

Everything! Personalized service was unbelievable but at the same time there was the ability to be invisible if one preferred. Large, very interesting, super location. Our group of 5 adults and 3 teenagers stayed here 2 nights while prepping for our trek in Torres Del Paine. Mauricio was so helpful getting us set up for arrival, which included arranging a transport for our large group from the airport. He answered all my questions promptly and even shared a video to make sure we could get into the house easily. He also referred us to local shops where we could buy the supplies we needed for our trip. We slept so soundly after our long flights down to Punta Arenas from the States. Really, we have only good things to say about our experience with this rental. We wholeheartedly recommend it to others!
