The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.

Very creative and stylish design of the room. You have everything you need in the mini kitchen. Comfy and spacious bed. Powerful heater which is great if you travel to Interlaken in winter. Adjust the knob to your preferable warmth. I had to turn it off as I was sweating in the room while outside temperature was freezing! The free parking space is great if you travel by car.

The beautiful resort with full kitchen and impeccably clean apartments are in the perfect location - quiet area of the main street, 10 minute walk to Interlaken Ost and 5-10 minute walk to the supermarkets and other restaurants. It is managed like a 5-star hotel (but is very homey), by warm, kind, friendly and very helpful people. Special mention to Andrea who communicated with me prior to our stay and waited for my family and I even when we arrived late. To Samantha who helped us with the washing machine and allowed us to check out late. To Peter who was patient and committed in helping us when we needed to find the exhaust of the stove and explaining to us our train pass options that enabled us to all the more enjoy the Jungfrau region. We also loved starting our day with our breakfast and their dining area that overlooks to a beautiful park.

Everything was clean, people were nice, the staff were nicer and helped us a lot. The location was great with amazing views and a half-natural environment. The igloos were cozy and warm.

SALZANO Hotel - Spa - Restaurant is a charming family-run hotel built in typical Swiss chalet-style in Interlaken-Unterseen. It offers bright rooms with wooden décor and free internet access. Nice location, clean room, friendly staff

Set amidst large gardens and featuring a sun terrace with views of the Jungfrau mountain range. All the en-suite rooms feature mountain views. Amazing view from the room, great breakfast and great garden where even raspberry grows (red and yellow - two kinds even). The staff was kind and helped with every question + we left luggage for the whole day without problem. You can even order a jacuzzi for free outside, but we didn't use it. Not cheap at all, but it was really great! Also, great location - less than 2 minutes walk from train station. We had 6 minutes between trains and managed to get back to hotel, pick up our luggage and get back to the station even :) Free transport in the Interlaken area as well.
