The hotel is fairly new. The lobby decoration is very pretty. Though the room is small but very cosy and clean. I enjoyed spending my time at the room balcony. The bathroom amenities are by Thann. Very good toiletries choice.

We loved the location; the room was beautiful, and the view was breathtaking. The service and the food were very nice too. It was a perfect way for us to celebrate our anniversary. I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Located in Grindelwald, a 10-minute walk from the train station, Boutique Hotel Glacier offers a restaurant with a terrace, a bar and a lounge with views of Mount Eiger. This hotel is situated away from other hotels so a little walk down hill but wow it was worth it! The hotel is amazing and the views too. The staff was amazing too. The spa was complimentary. Nothing to fault if you're staying in Grindlewald this is worth the price tag.

Situated right at the bank of the well-known Blausee lake with its crystal-clear blue water, this hotel features a gourmet restaurant offering trout and other delicious treats. Very nice hotel with a really good restaurant surrounded by nature !! We loved it and will definitely come back !! :)

This chalet-style hotel is located in the centre of Adelboden in the Bernese Oberland region, 100 metres from the gondola ski lifts. An absolutely divine stay! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the rooms cozy with breathtaking mountain views. The food was exquisite, and the spa experience left us completely relaxed. What can be more beautiful than drinking your coffee with such amazing views? Every detail, from the service to the serene surroundings, made this a truly unforgettable getaway. Can’t wait to return!

The Beausite Park Hotel & Spa in the car-free village of Wengen is a little, sunny paradise at the foothills of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountain range offering superb views, fine cuisine and... Very attentive reception staff - organised and friendly pick-up service. Exceptional breakfast and dinner. High quality food. Compliments to the chef and its team - they manage to surprise us every day, Extremely helpful staff in general & cosy atmosphere. Rooms are really big for what we have gotten to know of in Switzerland. Nice indoor pool and a beautiful "schwimmteich" outside. And last but not not least: the views are incredible.

I love Hotel Caprice. The location is perfect, near the train station but you won’t feel it too close since it is higher. Lovely views! Very cozy anywhere you go in the property! Regula and Alex (the owners) run the place perfectly and are very accommodating. Alex’s photography is amazing! Wanted to go for a Milky Way photo session but the current conditions didn’t allow us to. Everything is personalized. You know that the owners are very passionate in running the place. Daily newsletters with weather, tips, sightseeing, tours and all, are available in breakfast. Staff are very accommodating and attentive to your needs. We felt the warmth and passion poured into this place. Will definitely book here again.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.
