The property was beautiful, the rooms were clean, with good space and modern. The staff were amazing, everyone especially Dani was incredibly kind and helpful. We stayed in the guard tower room, which is a bit different from most of the rooms in the hotel. It's right above the castle gate, with windows on 3 sides, but since the walls are 70cm thick and made of stone, it's very well insulated from noise. The conveniences/electrical system were slightly constrained by the fact that we were surrounded by thick stone, but they nonethless did a great job of making a beautiful, comfortable, and engagingly quirky room. Breakfast was also exceptional, with some of the best bread and pastry I've had in Switzerland.

The hotel is beautiful and its very convenient to travel to the town center because the bus stop right in front of the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay and wish we could be back again.

This chalet-style hotel is located in the centre of Adelboden in the Bernese Oberland region, 100 metres from the gondola ski lifts. A perfect 10! Adelboden is in a most peaceful & serene valley with many activities & viewpoints to enjoy. Yet, it is not over-run with tourists. A respectful, kind & friendly atmosphere prevails. Staff is always there to serve you. Enjoy a fabulous breakfast & quality dinner choices. What a pleasure to return to the Adler after a day’s activities & hit the sauna or whirlpools, then a relaxing swim before dinner. This is a real vacation in my opinion. I am longing to return already!

Our room was in the attic with a forest view from the bedroom and a town view from our little deck, which was lovely. The staff were very friendly. The spa and sauna was very special too.The breakfast was magnificent. The shuttle collected us from the train, which was handy as the hotel is at the top of town.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.
