Great hotel in Niagara Falls with spacious rooms and very friendly staff. We were upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi which was amazing. For the price and compared to nearby hotels, this is a great choice for anyone spending a night in Niagara Falls.

It felt like an a Tuscan village, even the grounds, the property in the back was absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed a lovely bottle of wine under the stars. So quiet, so serene. The bedroom was absolutely lovely. The balconies really gave it an Italian feel. The breakfast and munchies were absolutely delicious. I’m convinced they flew in the cornetti straight from Italy! The mattress was heaven! Love the easy, keyless check in.

I liked there was a great little Cafe that you could eat Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner depending on what you needed being out and about enjoying other activities in the area. You Just had to give the owners a heads up on what meal is needed.The Bed was comfortable and the In wall electric Fireplace was an added touch .

Staff were friendly and eager to listen and attend to any need we presented. Edward and Vinay keep it up! Wanted to extend our stay and hotel was fully booked. Edward kept monitoring the system between 11:00 pm and 6:00 am in the morning. He managed to secure a room and saved us the bother to move to another hotel. At 7 am in the morning, he called us to confirm he had a room for us! Edward, you gave us a reason to always come back and recommend Fairfield to our friends with no hesitation at all!

Location, location, location! It was perfect. The staff were wonderful and so accommodating. We just wish we’d found the Rawley Resort before. Everything was superb. A real anti-dote to modern day living - just arrive, unpack and chill!!
