We stayed there for a week and would definitely stay again if we were to vacation in the region. We never got bored during our time there or in the area. The view of Deer Lake is magnificent. Use of a shared and well supplied kitchen was a huge bonus. Many breads, spreads, yogurts, juices, and fruits provided, including waffles. Host easily reacheable, and very informative. Rooms are good size for two adults, including desks, and extra sitting chairs. Great location in walking distance to downtown Water Street and lots of restaurants and entertainment. Streeet parking at this location is assured by the host with parking permits - this is a huge benefit.
