Rosewood São Paulo is a stylish mixed-use cultural destination, seizing one of the area’s few remaining historical landmarks with a renewed Maternity building and a striking new vertical garden tower... Very good hotel. Good staff. Breakfast is good in terms of quality, but the restaurant service leaves a bit to be desired. It seems like there aren’t enough waiters, and the restaurant is always crowded with non-guests, which makes the service slow.

Conveniently located in the heart of Santos, Sheraton Santos Hotel is just 2 blocks from the beach and a few steps from PraiaMar Shopping Mall. The serenity and cleanliness was exceptional. We left Ibis because of hygiene issue so very happy to not have experience that at Sheraton. Everything was great - rooms, surrounding, the food, staff, and facility!

Car transfer to/from downtown, also to the central bus station. Location, decor and commodities. Very good service. Morning breakfast was great as well.

This was the most beautiful hotel we stayed in during my visit to Brazil. The attention to detail of all the features, the location and the restaurants and amenities the hotel had were excellent. The location on the beach with the pool is beautiful . We upgraded to the jacuzzi room, which was not much extra if you compare to hotels in Dubai where i live.

Everything was great, specially the little details such as great towels and pillow, warm bathroom floor, the afternoon tea, the jacuzzi was great… the best part were the workers, so kind!
