Offering all-year round free spa facilities and an indoor pool connected to a small outdoor pool and tubs, Hotel Arte SPA & Park is situated in Velingrad. Everything was perfect!!! The hotel has the best SPA in the region. The animation for the kids was great, the two ladies really know how to entertain children. There was a good choise of food, both breakfast and dinner. For sure we're returning back in near future!

Modern clean Swiss like chalet property in the middle of the Bulgarian mountains and forest, a dream destination. Highly recommended. The half board package was exceptional in the time we were there there was no meal repeats and every night was different. Excellent and kind staff, beautiful mineral water baths and swimming pools saunas and other spa facilities are clean and outstanding. Honestly you feel like you are in the Swiss alps.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless and cozy, and the beds were very comfortable – we slept great. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with plenty of fresh options. The spa area was modern, clean, and perfect for relaxing. We would definitely love to come back again!

It was clear from the beginning that they love their work and have a passion for making sure we were not only comfortable at their hotel, but also which restaurants to go to and other places to explore. We would happily stay here again and can't recommend it enough.
