Melbourne City Apartment Hotel terletak di lokasi yang ideal di Melbourne, dan mempunyai kolam renang luaran, WiFi percuma dan taman. the property is fantastic. i was late to reply my messages but staff knew exactly what i requested for. 2 single bed on each room and got it on standby on my arrival incase i needed them. the staff were super friendly upon my check in, and also upon my check out i had some issues with my left over things, the receptionist also did more than just helping me retrieve it back. cause her bit of inconveniences but she helped. we were very grateful. the location is superb! bus station just 2 mins away. the bed is the comfiest bed i slept on. the aircon was good. all the amenties in the kitchen is provided ! each room is equipped with large TV. Wifi is GOOD. the bathroom is clean and even provides a nice body wash lemongrass smell which is so relaxing. the lift was good as well. Everything is perfect and i enjoyed my stay very much. they even provide dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and detergent. Everything i need is there we also walked all the way to Queens Victoria Market.

The staff are very friendly from reception to door men to the restaurant staff. The breakfast was of rich selections and the quality of food is so good. Rooms are spacious and with great views. We watched the hot ballon fly over in the morning.

Location amazing right near food, train. Facilities were fantastic. Kids loved the pool, gym and sauna. Host was so responsive and helpful. Room was comfortable and perfectly clean.

Arrival staff were friendly and helpful, the private spa barrels were wonderful, the room was beautifully furnished with no expense spared on floor finishes, linen, furniture, Japanese crockery. Ambiance from lighting and the planting outside was beautiful. Arrival chocolates and prosecco cans was a nice touch, and the breakfast hamper was lovely. Bed was super comfy, and the heat lamps in the shower, and heated towel rails were great!
