Excellent attention, walking distance to metro and key attractions. Room was bright and spacious. Staff was attentive, offered a bottle of water after noticing I have been queuing for a while to check in.

ARCOTEL Wimberger Wien provides direct access to Vienna's main sights, thanks to its location facing tram services and the Burggasse-Stadthalle Metro Stop. The location was great! Room was clean. The hotel has many additional services like breakfast, gym, spa. We didn't use them but it's nice to have options. Nothing to complain about.

The family-run BoutiqueHOTEL Donauwalzer is right next to the Alser Straße Underground Station (line U6) and is within a 15-minute walk of the Ringstraße boulevard, the Votive Church and the Town... A lovely place. The room was very comfortable. It had a nice coffee machine with tea and coffee, which I didn't know how to use, it had a nice mini fridge, a nice radio with mozart music with also an alarm clock, the bed was very comfortable and the room also had an A/C which I didn't use. The room also had a nice desk and chair and a nice wardrobe to hang your clothes. The shower had hot and cold running water also came with a dryer. The sink and bathroom shower along with the toilet were very clean, being attached to the room. I didn't try the breakfast, but I read it was sumptuous and delicious. Maybe next time.The property was within walking distance about 25 mins away from all the main attractions in the city centre of Vienna. There was also a tram stop just outside the hotel. The train station Wein Westbanhof is about 35-40 mins walk away. From the main centre of morzinplatz by taxi its just 10 -12 mins away. The girl at the check in was very kind and sweet.She gave me a nice introduction about my room. Sorry I didnt get her name. She works nights.I reached just after 11pm and it was nice that the check in was open and I was told it is open 24 hours. The staff were wonderful. Made my stay so welcoming. Thank you. Dankeschon. Even when I was checking out, the staff wished me a pleasant journey home. Very kind and sweet. If I ever come again to Vienna, I will surely come and stay at this hotel. I will also recommend anyone I know to stay here. It's the best place in Vienna.

The room was spotless and big as was the bathroom. The host was very polite; whenever we needed something, we communicated via messages, and he responded immediately. If I visit again, I will definitely stay there. I highly recommend it without a second thought.
