The staff is truly exceptional! Most helpful, proactive and with excellent communication between departments, shifts and colleagues. They go extra mile, so we felt so well taken care of. Loved that our room had a balcony and a sea view! Location was perfect for our purposes - not that far from the airport and Yas Island and just 10 min to Shaikh Zayed Mosque - marvelous! And they have a beautiful view on it (the mosque).

Hussein from the front desk check-in was so warmhearted and thoughtful in helping us get settled in and making sure we had the most comfortable room. The service that followed was nothing short of superior highest quality service; this includes Muhammed Abdulaziz going beyond the call of duty to meet our needs; the ever so charismatic Christian (Restaurant Breakfast Manager), the charming and graceful Lee and their incredible team Richard, Mimi, Alvite and Azim, a warm thank you for making our start of the day a magnificent one. We hope to see you again soon! The facilities and beach were amazing and breakfast excellent.
