Shambaz Hassan at the Crystal Lonuge was nice although the afternoon tea 🍵 was missing something like sandwiches , thank you for the chef caring and asking

Breakfast was amazing everyday at the buffet and you got specialist coffees on request and poached eggs if you want. We were looked after by great staff including Khat, Sanjitha, Loveline at the front desk during our stay

Everything was excellent and absolutely amazing! The service was beyond expectations, rooms were great and big! Definitely recommend and will come back!
