The guys were extremely helpful. They upgraded our suite, helped with local restaurants, and let us park the car at the entrance (parking lots are scarce in the center oh Hanoi). The suite itself was super clean, well maintained, I loved everything about it. The breakfast was fantastic. I do recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to start their journey in Vietnam with a very pleasant hotel

Loved loved loved the Meritel. So glad we chose this, everything was great - starting from the location, the cleanliness, the breakfast and the staff. The property is very nice and clean. The location is very central. Breakfast also very good as well as the staff. It happened that one our T-shirt was lost during washing service and they gave all the best to find it. They didn't found it before our departere but insisted to puy us taxi to the airport as an apology. I really appriciate their effort.

The staff is really very very nice and the hotel is in city centre there is an Indian restaurant near by and train street is beside the hotel we enjoyed alot . The owner was very sweet every time when used to go out they offered fruits cakes very sweet people

The gym was great, spacious and quiet most of the times. there is a sauna and cold jacuzzi as well. We got massages at night from the hotel and it was amazing, so comfortable and relaxing

    The room is very spacious, comfy and clean. It worths staying there before you take a plane elsewhere. I wish there were more hotels like this in the city of Hanoi ;) I would have stayed there for longer time as a tourist if it was situated in the city center. Large jacuzzi bath with good pressure of hot water. AC was in good condition. English speaking reseption host. Nice breakfast.
