We received free room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise, as this cruise was part of our honeymoon. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful in every way, especially Ha and Tam, girls who were both genuinely interested in how we were enjoying ourselves, where we came from etc. The room was clean, food was great. We really have nothing to complain about.

The cruise here is truly a Luxury Cruise, with top-tier service and a luxurious space. I was quite impressed with the spacious infinity pool and the outdoor jacuzzi, a perfect place to relax, enjoy the magnificent Ha Long Bay view, and sip on a perfect cocktail. The buffet breakfast was of exceptional quality, offering a wide range of Western and Vietnamese dishes, with very fresh ingredients. A big plus goes to Tracy, the customer service staff, who was very friendly and attentive. She proactively introduced the itinerary and helped arrange the room, paying attention to every little detail to ensure guests were satisfied. The overnight cruise on the bay is a great choice for a memorable and luxurious vacation.

They learn to know you very quickly and give you amazing treatment as if you were the only one on the cruise. The schedule is accurate. The activities and excursions are interesting.     An absolutely incredible cruise. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and safe. The cabins were very large with a jacuzzi bath which was just incredible. Food was delicious, drinks reasonably priced. The activities were also incredible including kayaking and hikes. I honestly can’t thank the staff: Morning, Andy and the rest of the team for their wonderful hospitality!

    It was clean, nice size room with shower and jacuzzi bath, staff were brilliant, the food was great, the evening entertainment was enjoyable too. I dealt with Alice who arranged the whole thing and was so helpful with any queries we had and booked up our return transfer for us and it went smoothly, highly recommend this experience
