The owner made us feel like we were at home. Nothing was too much trouble. She made good use of Google translate, so there was no language barrier at all. The location (very quiet), the room, the hot saltwater spa, massages everyday, food.. It was perfect. We will go again if in the area!

The stuff are very nice and helpful with a big smile every time. Our rooms were cleaned every day and it made a big difference with all the sand that comes in daily. We were given mineral water every day too.

The hotel is renovated, right in the centrum, amazing location, clean, and relatively new. Saved our trip to Phi Phi after awful experience with another "hotel" where we had rats in the room.. thank you Coco Bella for making our stay great anyway on Phi Phi
