Really good. Public bathing included in price, breakfast for 500 yen (didn't try). The capsule hotel itself was comfortable, pillow was a bit too hard but thats just me. There is no lock for the capsule doors though, although a little compartment in the capsule with a lock is included, so you can put your valuables there.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel! The rooms are very clean, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable – the perfect place to relax after a busy day. Very nice restaurant in the hotel although the opening hours were rather irregular. Great pool area which was not at all crowded during our stay. with distant views to Tokyo Tower. Shibuya is very crowded but the hotel is situated in the newly opened Sakura Stage area which is very quiet. There is a good Tokyu food market close by so we really appreciated the kitchenette in the room. The newly opened JR south gate gives direct access to the Yamanote line. We found the beds very comfortable and the room was well designed with tons of storage. The washing machine was great and pretty easy to work out although there weren't any instructions. We had a larger than average corner room which was super bright. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
