We loved the place. It was just 10 minutes away from beach. Enjoyed morning walks and evening scroll on beach. It was a nice airy room with a huge balcony to relax. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean and full of amenities. Really liked breakfast and customer service. Special thanks to Nikhil for looking after us and providing us with vital information about sightseeing. They also helped us with hiring sckoty to go around. We will definitely come again and that also for longer stay. Looking forward to a pool by the time we come next time. Thank you and see you again.

Amazing property, very beautiful and exceptional service by the hotel team. Highly recommended visiting Although our stay was very short, we enjoyed the facilities at the spa and enjoyed the food at the Buffet restaurant. The hotel staff were very kind to prepare a breakfast to go bag due to our early flight. We were very impressed with their attention to detail. Would definitely come back again! First of all the staff: corteous, competent, smiling: in the dining hall, on the beach premises, in the lobby. During our stay at the hotel there have also been some busy days: staff members didn't change attitude: they always met us with a smile, a kind word, trying to take care of a wish or the expressed need. A special compliment goes to Babyrose, Antika and Uday who made us "feel at home". Then we liked the wonderful, long, sandy beach, perfect for walks and enjoy the arabic sea. For those who like to swim it's a very good place: you can have nice swims both in the sea (usually calm, warm water) and in the large pool of the hotel: we never found it overcrowded; there were separate, bounded areas for children and adults. We also liked the food. We stayed for six nights so we decided to have three dinners at hotel enjoying the buffet and went out for three other nights. Along the beach, within walking distance there are various schacks which serve good food, especially fish and, if you wish (as we did) you can enjoy it right on the shore, in front of the sea. But also the food served at the buffet of the resort was good and varied with many indian - and goan - dishes. Same to say for the breakfast with a pretty big choice were you could have indian specialities or more - for us - traditionals like bread, toasts, cakes, butter, eggs or whatever (including fresh fruit juices). Last but not least, we appreciated together with the huge, lush garden (and the many birds), the cleanliness of the property: there was allways somebody around cleaning or tyding up.

It was truly a fantastic holiday. The kids loved the water slide and the adults enjoyed the swim up bar. We were also travelling with elderly parents and the staff went the extra mile to make them comfortable. The hotel is also on Utorda beach which is definitely one of the nicest beaches in Goa. So it was close to favourite like Martin’s Corner and Zeebop. The service was exceptional - with a special shout out to Linekar (front office) and Raju (housekeeping) and of course the incomparable Shatrunjay (resident manager).

It was a rough start . Receptionist very rude and unprofessional. That could have ruined our whole holiday . But thank god manager Payas came to our rescue. Although he was knocking off work for the weekend he say we were distressed and came to our rescue. He stayed the hour checking us in showing us to our room making sure we were comfortable . I must commend him on his professionalism and the way he handled our grievances. Further to this he went the extra mile of organising my daughters sixteen birthday celebrations with a special cake and decor at his expense although he was on leave for the weekend he had his staff make sure everything was perfect. Hotel Zuri is truly blessed to have an amazing manager as Payas. My family and I want to thank him for making our stay memorable. Thank u so much Mr. Payas Pal Singh, we wish you all the best .
