We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Chancery. We were surpised by how quiet it is, given the central location. The breakfast buffet also exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Dublin.

Basically I enjoyed everything. My room was nice and clean, nicely decorated, had all amenities required by 4* hotel. Wifi was stable and fast. The hotel prepared also breakfast to go before my day trip. Breakfast was also great, good choice, just missing some fresh vegetable. I had also lunch and dinner in the lobby and it was also tasty. Just not that big variety, but I stayed just 2 nights, so for me okay. Anyway the hotel has a very good vibe!

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. In a nice and quiet location, there is a bus stop right outside but you can be in the city centre within a 30 min walk. Staff were exceptional.

We were a little distraught in the beginning as we had requested a change of stay - which was completely our fault due to some complications with our work travel plans. We were not satisfied with the lack of response and mix up at all, as our initial booking, despite being confirmed on our chat on Booking, was not secured, so we had to pay an extra price. So, our experience before we checked in was a little frustrating. However, upon arrival - all is well and completely forgotten! wonderful staff, excellent amenities, peaceful rooms, a true oasis at the perfect location in Dublin that is just a few steps away from the city center. They take great pride in maintaining excellent luxurious touches (P.S there is a pillow menu for your taste and preferences!) and the staff is curteous, lovely and always happy to help. Thank you, we will definitely be back (and this time we will ensure we get our dates right!) lol!

The hotel was excellent, staying in a hotel like this really helps make a trip, I can only say good things about this hotel: the room, staff, facilities and location were perfect for us.

This property is only a 10 minute drive to Dublin’s city centre. Sumptuous decor, marble bathrooms, and beautiful landscaped gardens are offered at this luxurious hotel.

Everything was fantastic—the property, the rooms, and the staff. I highly recommend it! The manager of the hotel restaurant was incredible. Despite it being Christmas time and the restaurant being very busy, she maintained a high level of professionalism and prepared a sweet surprise for us. I’ve attached a picture.
