We have been coming to this hotel for a number of years now and have always been satisfied with our stay. The rooms are clean. The beds are very comfortable and the staff are very polite. The breakfast included in the price is very good and there are many things to choose from. If we don't go out to Budapest in the evening, we usually eat dinner at the hotel. It is a buffet-style dinner, reasonably priced and with a good variety.The swimming pool gives an additional opportunity to relax.

Truly one of the best hotels i've ever stayed in, staff were nothing but lovely offering a free room upgrade on arrival due to it being mine and my girlfriend's anniversary, to which we were welcomed into our room with sparkling wine. The building was absolutely stunning, with the second largest staircase in budapest (which we were informed of and shown by the excellent employee who showed us to our room). Location is good, maybe a 20 minute walk to the city centre but a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station which will get you there in no time. Spa facilities were fantastic and very clean with a nice big sauna with plenty room. My girlfriend informed the staff that it was my birthday during our stay and the in house baker made me a beautiful birthday ensemble with macarons and chocolate. 10/10 stay, I can highly recommend to anyone thinking about a holiday to budapest.

Hotel was very comfortable and clean and located in an excellent area for exploring Budapest - easy walking distance to many of the sites that I wanted to see. I felt safe even walking alone at night. Staff were very professional and friendly - we had a minor concern with our room and the staff member Xnie made changes to the room assignment immediately to address our concerns. Breakfast was excellent - very tasty and extensive number of choices. Coffee orders individually taken, prepared and served promptly - very good! Arrived early in the day - but were welcomed, offered coffee and fresh pastry and allowed to store our luggage until check-jn later in the day - much appreciated!

Lovely hotel, very welcoming and clean. The staff were super helpful, we wanted to visit one of the city's thermal spas and the receptionist advised us that the outdoor pools would be closed the day we were going to go, so we went a day earlier and had a great time using all the outdoor facilities, fabulous job! The Hotel Garden Spa had a relaxing atmosphere and was meticulously clean. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was a great size and very clean.
