Super good: bed is huge and comfy, room is spacious, bathroom of a nice size, room is quiet and clean. Unobstructed sea view from the room (booked a sea-view room) . Classic style, high ceilings, nice little balcony. Great breakfast. Super friendly staff - they saw at the check in that my husband will have a birthday while we are in the hotel and they brought us a free bottle of a sparkling wine! So nice! Hotel has own parking, but also a nice parking place just 10 meters from the hotel. Price is quite the same (5 eur less for 2 days at a hotel). Location is super - short walk to everything in Opatija.

This place is amazing! My girlfriend and I stayed here with our baby. We loved the people, the place and the surroundings. We booked two nights but ended up staying seven. The breakfast is amazing, there's great snorkeling right at your doorstep, crystal clear water, affordable and nice diving right next door, great views and you can even spot dolphins from your balcony. The garden around the Vila is so nice you might not even want to leave to explore further. There are a lot of cosy places in and out of the shade with sunbeds. During the day there where fruit, nice snacks and coffee to take. We also had several very tasty dinners here. Sabrina was an amazing host. The place felt like home and we didn't want to leave. We would definitely recommend this place!

The hotel is located right next to the coast road. The windows and balconies of the rooms overlook the bay, the view is fantastic. The hotel has its own beach across the road with comfortable and free sunbeds and gazebos. We had a great dinner in the hotel restaurant, the breakfast was a gastronomic experience. The staff is excellently prepared and kind; they try to please the guests in every way. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom was nice and well-equipped.

The room was very spacious, so was the bathroom. Direct view on the sea side. Private beach was great too, water is very clean. Hotel offers 20 EUR dinner option for guests, which is tasty and great. Its a walkable distance to the next village. Enough parking space. Great staff. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
