From the airport pick up to the airport drop off everything was perfect. I had a warm welcome at Steigenberger Nile Palace Hotel. Thanks to the hotel staff, the atmosphere in the hotel is incredible, which made my holiday and my stay very special. I was amazed by the hospitality and kindness of the hotel staff. The employees are very professional, everyone was so friendly and helpful and they made me feel very comfortable and safe. Furthermore, the restaurants/bars in the hotel and the food (breakfast and dinner) were amazingly delicious. My hotel room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and had the perfect view on the Nile, which was stunning. Also, the travel agency of the hotel, Nasco, was very helpful in booking my tours (and I had the best tour guide with so much knowledge and interesting things to tell!!). All in all, I had the best stay, thanks to the Steigenberger Nile Palace Team and everything they offered. I would book the hotel again and I recommend you doing so as well. Thank you Steigenberger Nile Palace Team for making my stay so special and for putting in all the effort! I really appreciate it!

Everything was so amazing! Communication with Hamdi for check-in was super easy, and Mohamed made sure that all our needs were met. My request for a vegetarian breakfast was handled perfectly well. Mohamed prepared a fantastic veggie breakfast with eggs, falafel, sweet bread, jam & honey, and, of course, fresh vegetables and fruit. Hamdi was also super nice and helped to organize a Falucca sailing boat on the Nile for us. Such a great experience! Unfortunately, we had our round trip already planned and booked ahead, so we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back soon!

Everything was perfect. The place is beautiful, even more stunning than in the pictures. It is a true oasis, one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed in. Gaber and Mohamed are excellent people, very helpful and respectful. We asked for privacy and they adapted perfectly. In addition, Gaber organized all the tours for us during our stay, completely personalized and accommodating new requests or unexpected changes. One of the best experiences we have ever had. Ive been to egypt 3 times now - and this stay definetly blew all the others out of the water in terms of hospitality, quality(both food and the villa) and location(short drive from the main attractions, city center and airport without the usual egyptian noise) Mohammed, the host - super nice and comfortable host. Arranged activites, transport and sightseeing without any hassle. Best part however, was the hotel employees, the guides and the drivers he set us up with. Absolutely a joy to stay and if we ever come back - this is definetly the place we're staying at. Also dont bother going out to eat - the in house chef is fantastic!

Perfect place for our child, he played all day happy watching the animals. It is very quiet and safe, very well equipped with hot tab , fully functional kitchen & BBQ Host young, very helpful and friendly Much better option in general than staying in the other side of the Nile

    We were upgraded to a very comfortable room on the 8 th floor with a balcony looking out over the Nile. King size bed and spa bath. Staff across the whole site were pleasant and helpful. Pool area had extensive array of lounge chairs right down to the Nile bank so view of the river and passing boats and sunset Italian restaurant had great food and service

    I book my last day in Egypt at Stegeinberger Nile Palace (Executive Nile Front View). The reception staff surprised me with a room upgrade to their one and only Presidential Suite! As a solo traveller it was huge but it was so perfect for a relaxing and pampering night (jacuzzi) after days of travelling around Egypt. I can't get enough of the stunning sunset from the balcony with a panoramic view. They also have an excellent breakfast. I really enjoy my last day in Egypt, Thank you so much!
