I have been coming to Egypt for several times a year. I stayed at Novotel (Marsa Alam) for the second time. We were warmly welcomed at the reception by Mr. Mohamed Hassan. A fantastic employee who provided us with wonderful service throughout our entire stay. It didn't just stop with this employee. "Every" employee, even the gardeners, luggage carriers, cleaning crew, lifeguards, entertainment,... are incredibly friendly and "extremely" helpful. Never seen before! An over the top amazing service. Every corner of the hotel is extremely clean and beautiful to stay in. The rooms are very large and beautifully decorated and maintained. Massive options with entertainment, wellness and other relaxation options,... The food is super fresh and very tasty. And all this in high season! I can fully recommend this hotel to everyone. Stop looking for other hotels. Thank you Novotel and all staff for the fantastic stay. Continue with this amazing vibe. The hotel is charming and very clean. It has a beautiful garden carefully maintained and is right on the beach front. The beach has sunbeds and umbrellas and the beach towels are provided. However, the staff left the strongest impression - the receptionist and the manager who were patient and tried to meet every request of ours, the chef who cooked a special lunch and breakfast for us and all the waiters who kindly took care of us. They really pampered us during our short stay.
