The hotel exceeded our expectations. The views can only be truly appreciated in person. The rooms were very comfortable, brand new, and tastefully decorated. The location is great, with many exciting things to do in the vicinity. The spa was also a welcome bonus. Could have easily stayed longer.

I booked this for my daughter and her partner. She also stayed at the Waldorf Versaille which actually had fireworks that she could see from her room overlooking the palace. The hotel location, rooms, breakfast and bar all make the stay enjoyable. The friendly and helpful staff are commendable. The lake view from the hotel is peaceful. It is in a quiet location and with its own funicular, it is very easy to get to the center. We will definitely go back for a longer stay.

We had an amazing stay from start to finish! The location is absolutely breathtaking—right by the lake with stunning mountain views, especially at sunset. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the facilities were beautifully maintained. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade—the room was huge, the toilet was spacious, and the balcony was such a lovely spot to unwind. Breakfast was good, and the lady attending to the guests was kind and attentive, making the morning experience even better. The staff overall were warm and welcoming, and everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. They also let us check in early and check out late. We loved every second of our stay and are already planning to return this summer. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful lakeside setting!

Incredible hotel, in an incredible location! Our favourite Hotel in Europe! Spectacular views of Lake Zurich. Only 5 minute drive to the Lindt Chocolate factory and 15 minutes to the centre of Zurich. The hotel itself is very modern, extremely clean and such a wonderful experience! The wellness area has a gym, spa, hot tub, sauna rooms etc and all are immaculately clean. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay outside of Zurich CBD but still be so close to everything! Thanks for a wonderful stay! We loved it!
