All around, we had an amazing stay. Have to specifically commend Ms. Artemis who accommodated a special request even though she was alone at check-in. Truly someone who goes above and beyond to ensure we were more than happy. Staff was great overall, very attentive and genuinely friendly - rare find in Europe. The food was excellent from presentation to taste. SPA was excellent, too. Nothing we disliked.

Great variety, something for most tastes. Nassfeld resort is not greatly promoted in UK which is a shame as it is well worth visiting. Good location central to the area, ski bus available but good to have own transport

Nice and cosy apartment located near to the ski slope. The apartment features a wood-burning stove that provides excellent heating for the entire space and creates a cozy mountain atmosphere. In addition to the wood-burning stove, the heating is provided by electric radiators. Beds are comfortable. WiFi is working perfectly. Wonderful location with beautiful views. Our hosts were very friendly, kind, flexible and helpful. Breakfasts and afternoon meals were great, dinners were gourmand meals with special tastes and great wines. Our room was very tidy and cozy with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom.
