I wish I could have stayed longer. When I needed to cut my trip short, the owner was very understanding and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

First time during our trip in Denmark we have so many vegetarian options during breakfast and during dinner. Super! It is a special place, with special atmosphere, completely quaiet, near the old medieval church with very interesting history. Very friedly and practical arrangement of the room. Absolutely quaiet.

Situated next to Schackenborg Castle in the picturesque village of Møgeltønder, this inn dates back to 1687. Location is great and the room that we got was very spacious and lovely - we loved the old school vibes! The bed was super comfy with fluffy pillows and warm covers. I appreciated the option to open windows and the blinds as I like to sleep in the dark. Breakfast didn’t have tons of options but all the staples were available; eggs, sausage, bacon, rolls + yoghurt and cereal and fresh fruit. No fresh juice but bottled drinks in several flavors were pretty good!

This hotel is set in a renovated 1790s building. The hotel restaurant offers traditional Danish cuisine and imported Italian wines. Great location near Billund. Nice clean room and bathroom. Good value. Great breakfast selection with all the Danish cheeses and meats, breads, etc. plus fresh fruit, coffee and tea.
