Situated next to Schackenborg Castle in the picturesque village of Møgeltønder, this inn dates back to 1687. Location is great and the room that we got was very spacious and lovely - we loved the old school vibes! The bed was super comfy with fluffy pillows and warm covers. I appreciated the option to open windows and the blinds as I like to sleep in the dark. Breakfast didn’t have tons of options but all the staples were available; eggs, sausage, bacon, rolls + yoghurt and cereal and fresh fruit. No fresh juice but bottled drinks in several flavors were pretty good!

Good bicycle storage inside and secure . Our room, #22 was large but without ambiance and right off the highway with traffic noise continually . Had A/C so we just kept the windows closed to decrease the noise . Our room was at the top is one of the narrowest and steepest staircases that we have experienced in a European Hotel . Only way out of the room was down the narrow stairs in an emergency or a fire . Really not a good idea or plan . Breakfast was good with several hot and cold choices .

This 16th-century inn is situated 3 km from the town of Christiansfeld. It offers old world charm in a quiet setting. Both central Kolding and Grønninghoved Beach are 20 minutes’ drive away. nice, cosy and comfortable inn with amazing food. Good room with a good bed. convenient for an overnight stay on a long drive home

Terletak di Havneby, 14-minit berjalan kaki dari Pantai Soenderstrand, Havneby Kro mempunyai penginapan dengan WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma. Nice, family run hotel with restaurant. The rooms are not really modern but have a nice Scandinavian touch and everything is clean. Good location in the harbour, so close to ferries and also a small shopping centre with bicycle rental is only 50 metres away. The beach is not too far, about 15 minutes by bicycle.
