We had a lovely couple of nights at San Remo. The owners are wonderful and cooked beautiful dinners which we ate by the fire in the garden. Perfect. The whole experience is enlivened by the constant parade of animals - dogs, pigs, geese, horses, rabbits. A stay full of character!

Classic, well kept and prerved hotel from 1938. Just stayed one night. Comfortable and very clean room. Towards an inner yard, so no noise. Pereira had a certain charm.

Breakfast was excellent for the location. The scenery and uniqueness of the property impressed us most. We were invited to explore the trails. The host arranged for dinner to be delivered to our rooms which was quite convenient and timely for us. The rooms and beds were quite pleasant and relaxing.

What we love the most was the vegetation,the panoramic views and how peaceful and relaxing it was. Love the Aguacate hamaca with the net, it was amazing. The Christmas dinner was delicious.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating and treated us like family. Thank you to all staff especially Jenny and Ana Maria and of course Miel the dog that took us on the crazy hike! The breakfasts and dinner were amazing and delicious! The views and room were amazing!!

The hotel looks amazing and the restaurant area was really cozy. We just wanted to stay for a night at the beginning and due to how we felt, we decided to stay 5 nights. The Suite(rooms outside) was perfect. What really made the stay even better was the friendliness of all the staff in the hotel. Everyone is so helpful and the service was amazing. We will definitely will come back next year. Thanks a lot to Freddy, Felipe, Johan, John, Andres and Juan Pablo.

Staff is the real added value of this place, super kind available and really keen on supporting us for different requests: for organizing an excursion the morning after, for ordering dinner, for welcoming/keeping our luggage even if we left...what else?! Thanks a lot. Position is great if you plan to use autobus considering that Pereira terminal is just around the corner; otherwise, for easier "nightlife" it would be better stay closer to Circunvalar

Everything was so pleasant and everybody made us feel so welcome. Each and everyone went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. Manuela, Gisele, Juan Pablo and Luis need to be commended for their treatment to the hotel’s guests. our family dinner on Friday evening has the ice on the cake by a pleasant conversation with the General Manager.
