There was always someone available to help in Portuguese, Spanish and English. They cleaned the room everyday, changed the towels, sheets, etc. The Internet was good and there were a lot of options on TV. The location is good, you can easily walk to the city center. Breakfast started really early everyday which was perfect because I was on a business trip and needed to leave early in the morning. Very convenient both for business or leisure trips.

The room had barrier-free access. Right next to the hotel is a hospital with an emergency, which is good if you need medical help. There is also an outdoor sports area next to the complex, e.g. for jogging. It is in a quiet part of the city. Access to the city center is best by metro. For these reasons, the hotel is in an excellent location. The room was spacious, Wi-Fi fast. The room has air conditioning, TV. Room service cleaned daily, changed the bed, cleaned the bathroom and toilet. Very pleasant smiling staff, both at the reception and the chambermaids. Reception help you with anything you need, anything you ask. Great hotel, I can only recommend it.
