Spacious 1 bedroom unit with a private entrance and carport parking spaces. The leafy suburb is located in the exclusive Upper Avenues of Walmer. Take an early morning stroll where you will be greeted and welcomed by our many friendly neighbour's and joggers. Explore our friendly city with a city tour. End the day off by relaxing around the fire while enjoying the uncapped Internet and Netflix. We are dog friendly. We pride ourselves in providing first class hospitality services.

Neighbourhood information

The Upper Avenues of Walmer are known for its wide tree lined streets and a sense of a safe community - a number of the city’s oldest families live here. Aside from its obvious beauty, staying in the garden suburb of Walmer has a number of advantages: the airport is 10 minutes’ away; beaches is a 10-20 minutes’ drive from here, and you’re walking distance from Main Road and the Walmer Park Shopping centre. The Little Walmer Golf Estate, which has a 9-hole course is only 100 meters away and the Baakens Valley offers walking and jogging trails. The Travellers Inn is in the heart of Port Elizabeth, frequent Uber/Bolt and main transport lines are in easy walking distance.
