This fabulous pied-à-terre is quite literally a stones' throw from the beach. Whilst the apartment is 'cosy' it offers all the amenities you need. 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, a modern shower room with separate toilet. Open plan kitchen, dining, lounge area with a small outside seating area. Fabulous views to the beach. Neat as a pin, this is an ideal spot for exploring all that Hout Bay and the wider Cape Town area has to offer. Walking distance to all local amenities and driving distance to so much more. The property has an inverter which allows the majority of the property to continue during power outages.
Hout Bay is a thriving fishing village with over 50 restaurants to choose from. Well know for it's diversity, it is a family friendly destination, conveniently located within 20 minutes of the Constantia Valley wine route, 15 minutes of both Llandudno and Camps Bay Beaches and 30 minutes from the CBD.
