Ecxellent location, right on the beachfront. Read for a holiday by the sea? The unit lends itself to all your needs, beach access and close to restaurants, bars and shops. Spend your vacation on foot with the beach apt as the perfetc base. The apt is spacious with great natural light. A well-equipped kitchen, lounge, and sunfilled private balcony with seating, located on a quiet street where you can usually find parking. The Empire Building is a secure complex with 24/7 security.

A gem on the False Bay coastline, Kalk Bay is known for its raw beauty, interesting shops, vast selection of restaurants and stunning views. You could easily spend a full day in this little neighbourhood and still not be able to experience it all! Here’s a guide on what to do and where to go in Kalk Bay. Kalk Bay is a wonderful historical town that has been a place to visit since the 1800s. Visit the museums, harbor, walk the boardwalk from Kalk Bay to Muizenberg and swim in the many tidal pools along this stretch. Muizenberg know as ”Muizies” offers great family fun and learning to surf has become the most popular thing to do on this jam-packed beachfront. On the beachfront there are some great surf shops where you can rent paddleboards and surf boards as well as buy any beach goers necessities.
