This 1-bedroom unit can comfortably accommodate 2 guests and is tastefully furnished with a queen-size bed. The bathroom is en-suite and is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It has comfortable seating and features a TV with a full selection of Netflix channels. Free Wi-Fi is available. Guests have access to a private garden area, with shaded seating surrounded by grapevines, trees and birdlife.
The property is located in a quiet and peaceful part of die Wilgers. It is ideally located near the Life Wilgers Hospital, shopping centres, schools, and sports facilities. Easy access to the N4 and N1 highways. The property is in an access-controlled area of ​​die Wilgers with good security, and guests are afforded secure parking behind gates. The area falls on a Hospital grid and therfore has no loadshedding.
