The property had been renovated in 2022. The previously units called Soli Deo Gloria unit 1 + 2, were upgraded to even more luxury apartments. Both units have now an oven, a bigger fridge/freezer, dishwashers and a lot of cupboard for your groceries. Soli Deo Gloria Studio Apartment (Unit 1) offers an en-suite with bath and shower. Pearl Studio Apartment (previously unit 2) offers an en-suite with large shower. The proud of the renovation is the addition of Paternoster Penthouse. The top floor of this building is for the occupants of the Penthouse. It has an amazing beach/sea view of 6.5m of unspoiled beauty. If offers two bedrooms with full sea view. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with double basins, a bath and a shower, and a built-in toilet. These bathrooms offers also beach/sea view. There is a Kinesis gym, office and laundry.

On the Cape West Coast of South Africa, between 145–160 km north from Cape Town, lies the beautiful fishing village of Paternoster – a little village rich in history, tradition and olden day charm. Paternoster is one of the last traditional fishing villages on the West Coast... most certainly the most romantic and peaceful place on this scenic and wonderful coastline. Paternoster is centrally situated on different routes on the Cape West Coast. The oldest fishing village on the West Coast, past and present meet in Paternoster. Life here is closely connected to the sea, with fishermen heading out in colourful traditional wooden boats (bakkies) to catch snoek in winter and crayfish in summer. Visitors can buy their fish fresh off the boats as they come in to shore. Visit Paternoster (Our Father) that took its name from the heartfelt prayers of shipwrecked Portuguese sailors. A historic and peaceful fishing village, it has the Columbine Nature Reserve with the well-known Tietiesbaai close to it. An ideal stop to sample typical West Coast seafood. During August and September the Spring flowers make their appearance, changing the landscape into a breathtaking carpet of flowers.
