Silver Streams is a security estate with access controll, electric fencing and 24 hour security. It is wonderfully safe and allows you to just relax and enjoy the space. There are often kids playing in the street, people walking their dogs and people fishing in the dam just 100m from the unit. Uber is readily available if you do not have your own transport.
