Property information

Seagull 101 is a self-catering ground-floor holiday apartment in Margate. Please note that a R 500 (taxes and charges) admin fee is shown just under the amount per night and in the property information. A R1000 refundable breakage deposit is not included in the rate per night and needs to be paid before arrival to the property and will be refunded +- 14 working days after departure.  The unit is furnished with rustic furniture and a beach type of style. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, the 5th single bed is in the lounge area. Linen is supplied. The first bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet, and basin. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. Please bring your own towels and toiletries. Seagull 101 is one of the larger units at Seagull and is close to the communal braai area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle plus utensils. There is a dining table and a lounge area with a TV, the living area has a beautiful sea view. Guests should bring their own standard DSTV decoder to have DSTV channels as there is only an Open view decoder in the unit. There is no Wi-Fi available There is one free parking bay for each unit, additional parking and trailer parking can be arranged at an additional fee. Various braai areas are available on the premises. Enjoy the wonderful view of the main beach while relaxing in our communal pool and we have a giant chess set.

Neighbourhood information

Seagull Holiday Flats complex is set on the Margate beachfront, overlooking the Margate Main Beach. The complex is close to various shops and restaurants, as well as the Margate Fishing Pier.
