Pringle Bay Home is a beautiful and spacious self-catering house situated in Pringle Bay, surrounded by the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve.The house is set in a natural garden on the edge of the seafront, North-facing, with beautiful views of the bay and mountains. Accommodation comprises 3 rooms and can accommodate 6 guests.The sea facing, the main bedroom is furnished with king-size bed, an occasional chair and a full en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and 2 basins. The second bedroom is furnished with an extra length king-size bed and occasional chair and an en-suite bathroom. The loft room has a queen size bed and a seating area with great sea views and an en-suite bathroom. The second loft area is a study area that is fitted with a writing desk and chair. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a seperate pantry and a separate combined scullery and laundry. The living area of the house is an open plan, double-volume space with brick walls and exposed trusses. This space includes a relaxing lounge with an open wood-burning fireplace and an 8-seater dining room table. The outdoor veranda extends onto a grass patch and the protected natural fynbos garden bordering the ocean. Guests have access to secure parking and Wi-Fi. The house is within walking distance of the beach and town centre and 2 mountain bikes are available to guests.The lovely village town centre offers a deli, gift shop, grocery store and quaint restaurants in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. The house is surrounded by nature with a beautiful beach and a seaside hiking path. Attractions in the area include; The Herold Porter Botanical Garden, Hemel en Aarde wine route and world class spa facilities and restaurants.
