The manager, John, lives in the premises in a separate unit and is available for any necessities you might have. He can also supply breakfast baskets for an extra-charge. daily cleaning service is provided upon request.

Property information

Entire Villa with breathtaking seaviews. The property includes 2 communicating units on 2 floors, with 2 kitchens, 3 double rooms, 1 twin room, 4 bathrooms, lounges, balconies, access to the private jacuzzi area, free parking. 3 minutes drive to Boulders beach and 20 to Cape Point, 45 minutes from the city center of Cape Town. Bed linen, towels, final cleaning service all included! Parties & pets not allowed :(

Neighbourhood information

Quiet residential area populated mostly by europeans. A private or rented car is ideal, uber does a great service for cheap prices anyway! Also, the is the railway in Simon's Town! I personally love to walk down to Boulders Beach (about 30 minutes away), even if the way back can be a challenge for some people 🏔
