The architectural style of this property is unlike any other in the area and is more akin to American lodges than the typical buildings you find in the area. Open trusses expand 7m above the lounge area. The house is generous with space with a large master suite and loft. The house was built in a way to hero the Milkwood trees on the property which are a protected species. You can hear the waves and amazing birdlife.

Kleinbaai is one of the prime destinations for shark cage diving globally. The harbour where the bots launch is about 600m from the house. That is not all that is great here though, the area is famous for whale watching and there are boat tours to view them more closely. You could also view Dyer Island which is a conservation area. The town is small and quaint with many beautiful properties and a great golf course. There is a 4x4 trail and many other fun activities for the whole family. Kleinbaai sports 2 classy restaurants, the Great White House form where boats train those brave enough to venture the ocean, for landlubbers they can also get their kick from diving with Crocs at the other restaurant, Afrikanos.
