Fully and elegantly furnished apartment at the 19th floor of the iconic Cartwrights Corner building, situated in the city center of Cape Town. Wonderful views on the city and the mountains. Very secured, quiet, high ceiling, big windows, plenty of light! The spacious 68 square meter apartment is perfect for vacation or digital nomads for an individual or a couple. Offers all equipment for optimal comfort, incl. fiber internet. NO Loadsheddings (electricity cuts), the building is equipped with generator backup. Secured parking space in the building. 5 minutes walk to St George Cathedral, the Parliament, Cape Town High Court and Adderley station (MyCityBus takes 20 minutes to Cape Town Intl Airport)

The apartment is located in the historical center of Cape Town. Centrally located, you are few minutes away for Cape Town's main attractions: Table Mountain Cableway, the beaches of Camps Bay , the Historic Company Gardens, the Water Front, and there are Art Galleries, museums and plenty of cafes and restaurants just at the feet of the building. 5 minutes walk from MyCityBus Adderley station. MyCityBus takes you to and from the airport in 20 minutes, and all over town and surroundings.
